The acceptance of this document implies that the USER:

These conditions will have an indefinite validity period and will be applicable to all the hiring carried out through the website www.washingtonsuiteshotel.es

It informs that the commerce is responsible and knows the current legislation of the countries to which it offers its services and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were contracted prior to the modification.

Identity of the contracting parties

On the one hand, the provider of the services contracted by USER is Nexus Suites & Hotel S.L., with registered office at C / Manuel Azaña, 51 - Valladolid 47014 (VALLADOLID), NIF B84569169 and with customer service phone number / USER 983385147.

And on the other hand, the USER, registered on the website through a username and password, over which he has full responsibility for use and custody, and is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to Nexus Suites & Hotel S.L.

Object of the contract

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship between the USER at the moment when the latter accepts, during the online contracting process, the rental of real estate for temporary accommodation.

The contractual relationship of reservation of accommodation entails the rental of the chosen property, for a limited time, in exchange for a certain price and publicly exposed through the website. Extra services must be contracted at the time of booking.

Contracting procedure

The USER, in order to access the services or products offered by, must register through the website by creating a user account. Therefore, the USER must provide freely and voluntarily personal data that will be required, which will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data detailed in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of this website. The User will select a username and a password, committing to make a diligent use of them and not to make them available to third parties, as well as to communicate to the loss or theft of them of possible access by an unauthorized third party. so that it proceeds to the immediate blockade.

1. GENERAL CONTRACTING CLAUSES

Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, the execution of an order will imply acceptance by the USER of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the USER may differ from those of if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing.

2. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT PROCESS

Our automatic system of calculation of availability and prices will allow you to choose the study that interests you and the rate you prefer.

You can immediately make the online payment of 100% of the amount with the credit card you provide if the rate is non-refundable or failing that you can make a bank transfer within a maximum period of 48 hours, or pay at the reception of the establishment to his arrival. The expenses originated by the transfer will be charged to the USER.

Reservation confirmation: The establishment always asks for a valid credit card as a guarantee and reserves the right to pre-authorize the total amount of the reservation before the date of arrival.

The reservation will be confirmed once you receive an email with all the details.

Online payment security: is committed to protecting the data of USERS to the maximum.

Bail bonds

The payment of the deposit is € 50 for each study and can be in cash or by credit card.

Upon leaving the accommodation, prior inspection of the same will be returned the total amount.

In case of damage, the deposit will not be refunded.

 

Reception schedules, entry and exit of the studios

Our Reception schedule is as follows:

Monday to Friday: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

You will have telephonic attention during 24h dialing 9 from your Studio or from the telephone which is situated in the Reception.

 

Tickets: The collection of keys is as follows:

From Monday to Friday: from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Place: C / Manuel Azaña, 51 - Valladolid 47014 (VALLADOLID).

 

Before 2:00 pm your accommodation will not be available. If you arrive earlier, call us by phone, as you can leave your luggage in the consignment.

Reception hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

For arrivals outside reception hours, there will be an additional cost of € 40 per study. Contact us to inform you how to access in these cases.

Arrivals are not accepted later than 24:00 h, from that time you can not enter your accommodation until 8:00 a.m. the next morning.

Upon arrival at our establishment and in accordance with current legislation, you must provide us with the booking confirmation and we will proceed to identify all the occupants of the accommodation.

Then, the holder of the reservation will sign the registration card and pay the remaining amount corresponding to the reservation.

You can pay by credit card or cash. The deposit can be in cash or by credit card.

The accommodation is delivered clean and with all utensils and kitchenware. Bath towels and sheets per person are included in the rate. The cleaning of the kitchen is not included in the rate, and additional charges for this concept can be € 30.

The schedule of the daily cleaning service of the study, except the kitchen is until 1:00 p.m.

 

Departures: The departure time is as follows:

From Monday to Friday: from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The person at the reception or the apartment department will check the status of the study; the person at the reception will pick up the keys and return your deposit.

Maximum at  11:00h, guests must be prepared and with the suitcases made and the apartment collected and cleaned, they must deliver the study in the conditions that they found upon arrival and all the furniture in place.

Extra services

If you are interested in hiring our extra services, you must do so at the time of booking or upon arrival at the Aparthotel:

Cleaning: You can hire our final kitchen cleaning service: € 30

Cot: The rent of the crib is € 10 per night and cot.

Extra bed: The rent of extra bed of € 26 per night and bed.

Continental breakfast: € 6 per person per day.

Parking: € 10 per place per night.

Pets: if you have a pet, you must inform at the time of booking for authorization. The additional cost is € 15 per pet per day. A maximum of two pets per study will be allowed. They have to have the vaccination card up to date, which will be presented at the time of arrival. Pets must be accompanied at all times by their owner, it is not allowed to leave the animal alone in the study. If so, they will leave a contact phone number. Pets can not access the common areas or the breakfast room.

Customer responsibilities

 

The customer agrees to respect the Community regulations. During the hours of rest from 22:00 to 09:00, it is not allowed to use the accommodations for party celebrations, or make noise. In no case is it allowed to occupy the accommodation for more people than those established at its maximum capacity. All persons accessing the studies must be registered at the reception.

The use of electricity and water must be rational. The change of sheets and towels is not daily. When the air conditioner is open, do not forget to close doors and windows.

Children must always be accompanied by their parents and under their responsibility.

Pets must always be accompanied by their owners, and if any damage is detected by the animal, it is the responsibility of the owner of the reservation.

The person holding the reservation is responsible for the correct behavior of all occupants. In the opposite case, the establishment reserves the right to expel the occupants of the accommodation, without the right to future claims or any type of compensation.

The owner of the reservation is responsible for his vehicle in the parking lot and the objects that are inside it.

The establishment will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may cause as a result of misuse of the accommodation, including without limitation: destruction, loss after fire, theft, crime, accidents or other types of damage.

 

1. CANCELLATIONS (RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL)

 

It will only accept booking cancellations in writing by e-mail: reservas@washingtonsuiteshotel.es

 

- If the reservation was confirmed with a free cancellation fee and is canceled or modified before 00:00 the day before the arrival date, no charges will be charged.

- If the reservation was confirmed with a non-refundable rate, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded to the client (100%)

 

2. CLAIMS

 

Our goal is for our clients to have a pleasant stay.

If during the rental period there were any breakdowns in the installations or electrical appliances, they must immediately notify to resolve these incidents as soon as possible.

 

In case of force majeure (damages caused by water, fire, etc.) it will replace the reserved accommodation with another one of the same characteristics. In the case of not having availability of accommodations, you will be reimbursed the total amount delivered.

Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online conflicts between the USER and, without the need to resort to the courts of justice, through the intervention of a third party , called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between both. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, and may finally suggest and / or impose a solution to the conflict.

3. FORCE MAJEURE

The parties will not incur any responsibility for any fault due to a major cause. The fulfillment of the obligation will be delayed until the cessation of the case of force majeure.

 

 

1. COMPETENCE

The USER may not assign, transfer transmit rights, responsibilities and obligations contracted.

If any stipulation of these conditions is considered null or impossible, the validity, legality and compliance of the rest will not be affected in any way, nor will they suffer any modification in any way.

The USER declares to have read, know and accept these General Conditions in their entirety.

 

2. GENERALITIES OF THE OFFER

All sales and deliveries made by will be considered subject to these General Conditions.

No modification, alteration or agreement contrary to the Commercial Proposal of or stipulated here shall take effect, unless expressly agreed in writing signed by, in this case, these particular agreements shall prevail.

 

Given the continuous technical advances and improvements of the products, reserves the right to modify its specifications regarding the information provided in its advertising, until it affects the value of the services offered. These modifications will also be valid if, for any reason, the possibility of supplying the products offered is affected.

 

3. PRICE AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

The prices indicated for each product include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and expressed in the EURO currency.

The prices applicable to each study are those published on the website. The USER assumes that the economic valuation of some of the services may vary in real time. Prices may change daily while the reservation is not made.

Any payment made entails the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered USER or the company name that he / she reported at the time of making the reservation. This invoice will be delivered to the USER at the time of the end of the rental and payment of all contracted services.

PURCHASING PROCESS

Search of the property

Our website has a search system by different parameters to facilitate the choice of your accommodation. Types of reservations:

Reservations with immediate confirmation: Minimum price of the service stipulated in the web. You can make the reservation online and add the extra services that suit you.

Price not available: In the case of not having the price of the service, the USER will be informed as soon as possible, by email or telephone.

 

 

 

Reservation (purchase request)

From the online Reservation section, you can consult the description and characteristics of the accommodation, the included services, the optional services (extras) and the particular conditions of each study.

The final price will be calculated according to the dates of entry and exit selected, the people housed (adults and children) and the extra services chosen.

 

1. GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

The guarantee of the products offered will respond to the following articles based on Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees for the sale of goods and consumer services:

Conformance of the services with the contract

1. Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the services are in accordance with the contract as long as they meet all the requirements that are expressed below, except that due to the circumstances of the case, some of them are not applicable:

a) They fit the description.

b) They are apt for the uses to which the services of the same type are ordinarily destined.

c) They are suitable for any special use required by the client, when he has informed of the moment of the conclusion of the contract, provided that he has admitted that the service is suitable for this use.

d) Present the usual quality and services of a service of the same type that the client can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the service and, where appropriate, the descriptions of the specific characteristics of the services.

e) Describes the details, technical characteristics or photographs of the properties provided by the owners thereof, so that it is not bound by these public statements.

2. The lack of conformity resulting from a service not performed or provided will be equated to the lack of conformity of the contract, provided that the responsibility of the same rests with or under its responsibility; on the contrary, when the service not performed or provided is due to negligence or bad practice of the USER, it will not be considered as a fault of and will be considered in accordance with the terms of the contract.

3. The responsibility for non-conformity that the USER knows or has not been able to ignore at the time of the conclusion of the contract or that originate in information provided by the USER will not proceed.

 

Responsibility of Nexus Suites & Hotel S.L.

They will respond to the USER for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the accommodation. USER recognizes the right to repair the service, its replacement, the price reduction and the termination of the contract.

 

Repair and replacement of products

1. If the service is not in accordance with the contract, the USER may choose between requiring repair or replacement, unless one of these options is impossible or disproportionate. From the moment the USER communicates to the chosen option, both parties must abide by it. This decision of the USER is understood without prejudice to the provisions in the cases in which the repair or replacement fails to bring the service into conformity with the contract.

 

2. Any form of consolidation that imposes costs that, in comparison with the other form of sanitation, are not reasonable, taking into account the value that the service would have if there were no lack of conformity, the relevance of the lack of compliance, will be considered disproportionate. Conformity and if the alternative form of sanitation could be carried out without major inconveniences for the USER.

Rules of repair or replacement of the product.

The repair and replacement will comply with the following rules:

The necessary expenses incurred to correct the lack of conformity of the contracted services will be free for the USER.

They will be carried out within a reasonable time and without major inconveniences for the USER, taking into account the nature of the services and the purpose they have for the USER.

If the repair is completed and the study is delivered, it is still not in accordance with the contract, the USER may demand the replacement of the same, or the price reduction or termination of the contract.

If the replacement fails to bring the property into conformity with the contract, the USER may demand the repair of the mime, or the price reduction or termination of the contract.

Price reduction and contract resolution.

The reduction of the price and the termination of the contract shall proceed, at the choice of the USER, when the latter cannot demand repair or replacement of the service and in cases where these have not been carried out within a reasonable time or without major inconveniences for the USER.

The resolution will not proceed when the lack of conformity is of minor importance.

 

Criteria for the price reduction.

The price reduction will be proportional to the difference existing between the value that the service would have had at the time of delivery if it had been in accordance with the contract and the value that the service actually delivered had at the time of delivery.

Deadline

Unless proven otherwise, delivery is understood to be made on the day that appears on the reservation.

The USER must inform the lack of conformity at the time that they have been informed about it or, at most, at the end of the stay.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the communication of the USER has taken place within the established term.

1. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in matters that are not expressly established. Nexus Suites & Hotel S.L. and the USER agrees to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions of the courts and tribunals closest to Valladolid.

 

In the event that the USER has his domicile outside Spain, Nexus Suites & Hotel and the USER expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Spanish jurisdiction established in the previous paragraph.
